Sheet cutting Guillotine / Shearing
Our machine can cut sheets up to 6mm in thickness. We cut all types of metal into sheets and plates to your exact specifications. Our shears produce a straight, clean cut – no need to worry about burred edges or uneven cuts. Our professional, highly-trained staff will ensure the metal is sheared to your exact specifications.
Sheet Bending
We carry out bending of sheet metal parts using electrical and hydraulic CNC press brakes. Our bending capacity is to the limit of 6mm for both sheets and plates. We continue to make significant advances in precision sheet metal fabrication by investing in the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Marvelcut has capabilities to cut your metal sheets to size and we can also bend it as well. It is a complete one stop shop for metal processing.
Sheet Rolling
We have the capabilities to accurately roll steel and aluminum plates into full cylinders, cylinder segments, and cone segments. With our capacity to create a cylindrical product, we can roll plates up to 8mm in thickness. You can be assured of clean rolls, thereby reducing carbon steel and stainless steel contamination.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals.
